$ Developed couple of automated regression and profiling suites using BASH, TCL, AWK and Perl scripting along with supporting C code (data structures, macros etc) updations required for an in-house DSP OS and tests. Also implemented a simple configuration mechanism for this OS and improved the build process.
$ Stabilised SMP port of eCos for CRA/UMS chip, designed and implemented an OS-interoperability framework, and added support for using eCos ROMFS for storing static web pages in Goahead webserver.
$ Tweaked uCLinux and PTXDist distributions for some internal feature enhancement requirements, implemented audio codecs as virtual devices on Linux and updated openh323 libraries accordingly in a bid to look for performance improvements in VoIP applications.
$ Done system administration at a university computer science department during later half of 1990s. Setup was based on Linux.
$ Worked on reducing the virtual memory requirement of Linux NIC driver for an Intelligent NIC, along with other supporting features.
