I've been in the Software Development industry since the early 90's and have worked as a individual consultant since 1999. During my career I have had contracts either as the primary or via a subcontractor for the USPS, Census Bureau, Lockheed Martin, and various smaller players. Recently I have worked as the CIO for a small dotcom based on the west coast. I have been the Project Manager for up to 5 member teams although most of my work has only involved myself. I am a quick and efficient worker and strive to understand my customer's goals and desires and then to provide them with a solution that meets those goals.
