• Covered all responsibilities including business planning, free zone registration, worked out core
business strategy, SWOT analysis to setup a Knowledge Process and Consultancy Company
• Partner identification and drafting MoU with suitable partnership in the field of professional
education, green technology and Technology Consulting
• Launched the Continuing Education Program of IIT Bombay first time outside India in UAE
• Scoping and business development of Green Technologies for Sewage treatment, leak detection
and heat recovery developed by IIT Bombay in UAE

• Developed business plan for an intelligent environment through automatic recognition of
consumers which enables retailers with tools to personalize services and create automated
loyalty program.
• Led the team of 10 members for product feasibility and positioning in Indian Retail Market via
market research in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
• Played a key role in the growth of various aspects for a start-up ranging from team formation to
giving elevator pitches to investors at forums like TiE-EAP-2006 and TiE-ISB Connect 2006.

• Study of entrepreneurial development in India
• Studied the M & A trends in India and China to address the problems faced by Indian and

• Identification of causes for reducing sales of a food-products retail chain in Bangalore and
coming up with business level strategies to address the issue
• Conducted in-store experiments to study customers’ price and quality elasticity’s and introduced
new instruments like loyalty card and CRM software
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Jan 2006 – July 2007 Dual Degree Thesis: High-k dielectric for sub 100-nm MOSFET
• Objective was to study the need of materials other than silicon dioxide as gate dielectric
for sub 100-nm MOSFETS
• Working on sputtered Hafnium oxide as a replacement for silicon dioxide for gate dielectric.
Aug 2006 – Nov 2006 RESEARCH SEMINAR: RADIO FREQUECNY IDENTIFICATION (RFID)
• Studied RFID technology and worked on TI S4100 evaluation kit for developing PC based
application for access control, loyalty cards and attendance system
