Advanced PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS hard-coder; I'm all about quality code, modern CSS standards and modular design. Global variables, global classes and shorthand constants are really cool. OOP is cool! My modules are really nice to use. Simply one line of code at the top of each page to parse the object, and another in it's appropriate place on the page to display the results. That's it! That's all it takes. No need for a double-page process to complete a task, and no need to trudge through hundreds of lines of PHP code to change the page content! The module itself makes all the decisions, and is wrapped up nice and tidy in the class.php file, keeping the chunky, vulnerable program code right out of the way. Any JavaScript or CSS is stored in seperate files. Again, I'm a fan of modular design because it rocks!
