Hi,

I'm Bharath Balakrishnan, currently employed as Group Finance Manager (Strategic Business Planning and Corporate Finance) with Specvision group of companies, HQ'd at Singapore with holding company in US and offices across the globe. I'm currently located at Bangalore, INDIA but would be working off Santa Clara between Feb 15th 2007 and Apr 8th 2007 for the tax season, pursue CPA and evaluate an outsourcing opportunity in Accounting & Finance domain.

I also have prior experience working in US Real Estate/Mortgage Banking / Asset Management / Third Party Loan Servicing at US and from INDIA a Financial Corporation at West Palm Beach, Florida, USA and also with ING Group (4th Largest Financial Services Provider in the world) as the Manager Finance (Strategic Planning, Budgeting, MIS).

My current freelance business consulting portfolio includes:

Includes feasibility study, As is analysis, financial modeling, new business venture analysis, funding requirement analysis, customer interaction and gambit of other activities including setting up MIS structure, Business planning and documentation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Working Capital Management, Debt and Equity capital management, funding analysis, investment procurement, SOX testing & documentation, Internal controls etc (My fulltime job)
