Standard Business Terms:
To reduce the risk both ways, with first-time customers, we break up the payment into equal parts as mentioned below:

1.25% mobilization
2.25% on demonstration of prototype
3.25% on first working version and
4.25% on final working version

StunTech have seen this work out very well for both parties. For our long-term customers, payment terms are more flexible.

Money back Guarantee:
If you do not like the prototype (or second milestone) and wish to cancel the project at that time without leaving feedback, we will refund half of the mobilization fee.

Dispute Resolution:
Dispute Resolution shall be as per the guidelines and rules set by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
