The Company was incepted in the year 2000. The constitution is a Private Limited Company and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, under the Companies Act, 1956.

ESPL offers a variety of transaction-based IT-enabled services. These include high quality, cost-effective data entry services ideally suited to high volume data entry applications such as data base and mailing list compilation, key from images, electronic publication, file conversion, back office processing for a range of industries including Insurance and Health Care, in-bound and out-bound call centers etc.

ESPLs focus in this regard is on transactional services, 24x7 for client needs from various geographies, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery.

Seven hundred Process Executives on board with varied skill sets geared up with all walks of Data conversion processing.

QC processing  A quality assurance program is designed for each project, including random sample checking, proof reading, and computer based consistency checks. The QC plan also addresses production and delivery schedules.

Training - New and long time employees constantly receive job specific and general training to achieve high accuracy and high production. For the most complex projects, staff receives training to make decisions when entering data, such as identifying unique forms or searching a document to locate the correct information among possible fields or choices.

R & D - Our R&D staff with rich and vivid experience work round the clock with innovative skills, updated software technologies and perfect interpersonal learning, which makes this division an unique one.
Our researchers utilize advanced search techniques, and carry out research on many search engines and other search tools on the World Wide Web. We undertake all kinds of custom research needs also.
