To innovatively design and develop scalable, customizable database-driven shopping cart website, which sells toner and ink products for printers, fax machines and copiers online. To redesign and integrate progressive features, functionality, and high-end browsing facility to the www.westlandcovers.com.

To revamp the website, sundatasupply.com, in very descriptive and user friendly way with distinguished features like:

Advanced Shopping Cart
Mailing List
Credit Card Processing
Wish List/Favorites: Returning customers will be able to reorder their product quickly and easily with just a few clicks.
New customers will be able to search and quickly locate their product.
Order History and Status, etc…

Responsibilities :

Understanding the business requirements.
Coding using LAMP, PHP, CSS, HTML, AJAX and JavaScript.
Developed AJAX modules for getting the data from the database base without using the submit button.

This site mainly contains lighting items and adds those purchased ones to the shopping card, which has category and subcategories and products. It is integrated with the pay pal payment gateway to making payments. Its developed in open source technology called oscommerce. The design you can have a look on it is not a standard oscommerce one.

It is a user-friendly site with clear description of various distinguished features and search options made easy for the user to understand and make use the service. It also contains easy to manage administrator features.
