Often an estimate can be provided during the initial call but a significant amount of queries will require the HMS team member to call back after they have collated the information. This is a time consuming and costly process. The HMS team have a requirement to replace this telephone process with online access through which solicitors & claims handlers can view treatments and obtain an estimate of associated costs.Project requirements....
