My name is Lee-Ann, I am 22 and I live in Canada. I am here because I want to start working from home by using knowledge and experience I already know. I also hope to learn new task and techniques as I go.

My Experience:

- I worked in a call center for over 2 years, and I currently work at a store so I have gained a lot of customer service skills and experience. While working at the call center I learned how to multi task, use numerous programs at the same time, did a lot of research and data entry into customers accounts. After every call we had to make note of what happened on the account so this helped also increase my typing speed somewhat.

- Through researching various resources online I learned how to blog and write articles. I love to write and type anyways so that was not very difficult.

- In high school I took Keyboarding where I learned to type 40wpm. Since then I have not really tested my speed, I am sure I can type fast than that though, probably 50wpm or more.

- In high school I also CSR (Computer Related Studies) through this course I learned how to use MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. The main program I use now is word perfect, but to me its really close to the MS programs. I don’t have huge experience with Excel or Quattro Pro but I use Quattro from time to time and have a good idea of how it works. I keep track of my online working hours and store working hours through this program.

I know my experience is not many years worth but I am a very continuous learner, easy to get alone with, honest, kind, trustworthy and reliable. If I am not sure how to do something or don’t understand I will ask for help, that is not something I am afraid of since I do enjoy learning.

Other than that I am not sure what else to say at the moment. I am going to keep bidding on jobs anyways and hope to get picked :)
