Web Team Manager
• Managed Attachmate.com, SupportWeb, Careers and Intranet sites and provided the long-term vision to reduce the number of servers used for all Web sites and standardized on Microsoft Content Management Server 2002.
• Projects have included both Domestic and International business units.
• Developed the project plan to build an Events Management System to allow registration and information for Attachmate held events. At the time, this process was handled by an outside agency in which each event web site cost $10,000 dollars to build. Since the development of the internal Events Management System it has saved Attachmate over $80,000.
• Developed the rules and requirements document based on information gathered from the Domestic and International business units. Information in the document included e-commerce, web conference, personalization, content display, content entry requirements, search engine, and hardware architecture.
• Developed the Project timeline criteria using a baseline project within Microsoft Project 98/2000 in conjunction with the Lead Web Developer to ascertain the abilities and resources of the developers.
• Developed a site design and criteria for the content management system in conjunction with the Sr. Web Editor and Web Designer to allow for the highest compatibility with browsers one version back and the features of Vignette StoryServer.

Attachmate Corporation, Bellevue, WA 1997 - 1998
Web Developer
• Projects included two redesigns of Attachmate.com in both look and organization of content. These projects involved working with internal and external design groups, marketing groups and sales groups.
• Developed the Online Savings Calculator for the sales field to use when showing customers the benefit of the Upgrade Maintenance Plan. This project involved working with the host enterprise customer support administration group in determining the usage and functionality of the application. Extensive usage of organization and programming skills were used for this project.
• Developed the International Sales Conference Web site two years running. This project involved a coordinated effort between the creative services group, the marketing group and the sales group. Site features included online event registration, event schedule information and travel arrangement(s) information.
• Developed an event site to allow participants to register online and pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Project included working with the Groups involved for the event and used SSL and encryption. Site included information about the event such as driving directions and time of the event.
• Demonstrated experience in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL 6.5, VBScript, Active Server pages. NT Server 4.0 configuration and security, managing user accounts and groups, maintenance and organization of over 4000 web pages, IIS 3.0 and 4.0, Index Server 1.0 and 2.0.
• Currently have been involved in Program Manager role assisting the Director of Attachmate.com with Project timeline and gathering of different business group’s needs for the web site.

Attachmate Corporation, Bellevue, WA August 1996 – January 1997
