Established in 2005, KRS was formed after a growing demand for a specialist consultative Customer Care company who fully understood the growing integration of voice and data, particularly as it applied to the Treasury and Call Centre environments. KRS is able to draw on personnel with many years of experience in both the Call Center Market and IT sector.
