Performed maintenance activities for the Oregon Department of Human Services WIC application, and TWIST application. Responsible for working with business partners to gather requirements and perform gap analyses on work to be done. Responsible for coding changes in PowerBuilder 10 and MS-SQL Server and Sybase 11.9 and 12.5. Responsible for writing stored SQL procedures to support PowerBuilder code. Coded a stand-alone program to support the yearly USDA vendor integrity report in “C++”. Generated regular fiscal reports from MS-SQL Server data, using Crystal Reports and Visual Basic. Worked with DBArtisan to accomplish SQL coding and database monitoring. Used APE 2.0 to create UML representations of PowerBuilder objects for communicating changes with business partners.

Implemented specifications in IBM Visual Age for Java. Provided design analysis and implementation for IBM MQ Series and MQ Workflow.
