We, RentWebEditors.Com, have a team of experienced and efficient editors, proofreaders, typists, and transcriptionists. For two years now, we have been in the business of providing specialized editing, proofreading, and data entry services to various clients, non-native English speaking clients in particular.

WHAT WE DO:

Copyediting. We examine the material provided by the clients for any errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax. Facts and figures are also checked for consistency and accuracy. In the event that it is needed, we could even clean up HTML codes for online written material for you.

Proofreading. After going through the initial editing, our proofreaders check for any more problems and clean up the material.

Picture Matching. Images speak for themselves and they are essential to effective online communication. Our editors analyze and verify images that come with your text to see if they match the information that you want to post online.

Transcription. We also do transcriptions of various audio materials in English. Each of our transcriptionists is a fast typist with a good ear for English and an eye for detail. Whether we transcribe the client's audio material word for word or with some minor editing or formatting is entirely the client's decision.

Data Entry. Excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and quick turnover are essential when it comes to data entry work. We could deliver those and more once clients take advantage of our data entry services.


Our editors' specialty is working with written communication in English produced by non-native English speakers and writers. We mostly do copyediting and proofreading of technical data, such as product key specifications and descriptions.

While it is our job to do the proofreading and copyediting, our level of involvement with the project is entirely up to you. Client informs us if they want us to check the grammar, spelling, and syntax only or taking it a step further and check facts and figures for you. We'll be glad to assist you with your specific copyediting, proofreading, and data entry needs.
