Description: I need a good fast programmer to convert psds to web. 4 pages total(home,portfolio,contact,about). set up so i can manage the content. simple flash movie window on homepage. this is low budget! More work to come.
If you are not really good please don't reply. someone with xhtml, css knowledge preferred (lots of work if you are good!)
