Sales and Marketing Department in USA for Out Sourcing(BPO) Companies We have an IT professional services company in USA. We are planning to expand our operations to BPO, RPO and other outsourcing services for USA companies. We are looking for companies who want to establish a sales and marketing department in USA for getting the out sourcing orders directly from clients in USA , Europe and other parts of the world. We want to concentrate more on getting the direct orders from USA companies instead of going through other vendors or third party vendors or middle agents. The outsourcing companies should have interest and should have enough funding to invest in US company to establish sales and marketing department in USA. USA is called a land of opportunities. There is a huge potential for BPO and outsourcing projects in USA and other parts of the world. As a USA based company, we would like to provide sales and marketing services for good and well established outsourcing companies in India and other parts of the world. We want to collaborate with existing outsourcing companies and get the orders from USA companies to other out sourcing companies. There are seven main criteria to have sales and marketing department in USA. 1. The outsourcing company should have proper infrastructure and they should be capable of delivering and implementing big projects. They should have experience in implementing and delivering big projects for USA or other multinational clients. 2. The outsourcing company should strictly follow the industry standard best practices and processes (ISO 9000, SDL Process, ITIL, ISO 27001 etc.,) while implementing, executing and delivering the projects. 3. The outsourcing company should have a good management team 4. The outsourcing company should have proper tools and software to carry out the projects. 5. The outsourcing company should strictly follow the processes to execute and deliver the projects. 6. The outsourcing company should have a very good analyzing and reporting analyzing tool to report the status all activities on a timely manner. 7. The outsourcing company should have enough funds to invest and take care of all capital expenses relating to setting up sales and marketing departments in USA.
