Hello Guys!!!,

i have a simple html design ,completely done ,i need to convert it to XHTML and CSS and some simple javascript techniques regarding side-menu expanding . it's really simple -one hour work- if you done such conversions before .

The previous designer done all the design ,but there is another issue ,the flash part gets generates a security warning on IE ,other websites don't have such thing ,you will be solving that too.

i need that done ASAP.
