Hi, I run a successful and relatively young online health related website (PR6, 50,000 unique monthly visitors/1 million + monthly hits) which is experiencing growing pains. I'm at the point where I can no longer manage all the daily operating tasks myself and I'm in need of a skilled individual who can assist me in managing the organization and carrying out related projects. Preferably, I would like someone who has a psychology or social work background education, but it's not necessary.

Requirements include:

-read, comprehend, write, and speak in English
-problem solve and to think creatively
-willingness to learn new skills
-access to high speed reliable internet service
-access to Skype, MSN messenger.
-ability to use voice and or video chat.
-a reliable, efficient, PC available for your use during work hours
-ability to download and install new programs as needed
-ability to back up all of your work

Basic Skills and Knowledge Areas include:

-data entry
-use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, excel/csv)
-online & offline marketing (link building/seo/sem) experience is a plus
-experience in web management/development (basic html/Word Press/various admin systems) is also a plus


Various tasks may include:

-Managing, organizing & coordinating various projects
-Reading, comprehending, and summarizing reports and guidelines
-Email customer service
-Data-entry
-Systems organization.
-Developing affiliations with other organization
-Online and offline Marketing projects
-Brainstorming

This position is a contract position that comes with no benefits or employment.
