Description

Project of creating a total of 36 banners [(A) 6 + (B) 10 + (C) 20 = 36 banners]. The project is divided into 3 banner types A – C as defined below:

(FP – type 1 banners) -
* Square: 558 x 100 pixels
* Base text (font, colour size) - used for all banners once we've knuckled down the most suitable base text layer.
* Base foreground and background colour schemes - used for all banners once we've knuckled down the most suitable base colour scheme.
* We will supply you with the text for each of the banners (so no creativity of wording required on that front)
* We would require you to source and supply the promotional image suitable for that banner topic and then neatly place and refine through basic shadow/effects the image neatly onto the banner.
* For this section, we are looking at creating 6 banners for this front page.

(FP – type 2 banners) -
* Square: 178 x 151 pixels
* Base text (font, colour size) - used for all banners once we've knuckled down the most suitable base text layer.
* Base foreground and background colour schemes - used for all banners once we've knuckled down the most suitable base colour scheme.
* We will supply you with the text for each of the banners (so no creativity of wording required on that front)
* We would require you to source and supply the promotional image suitable for that banner topic and then neatly place and refine through basic shadow/effects the image neatly onto the banner.
* For this section, we are looking at creating 10 banners for this front page.

(C – type 3 banners) -
* Square: 566 x 80 pixels
* Base text (font, colour size) - used for all banners once we've knuckled down the most suitable base text layer.
* Base foreground and background colour schemes - used for all banners once we've knuckled down the most suitable base colour scheme.
* We will supply you with the text for each of the banners (so no creativity of wording required on that front)
* We would require you to source and supply the promotional image suitable for that banner topic and then neatly place and refine through basic shadow/effects the image neatly onto the banner.
* For this section, we are looking at creating 20 category banners.

*** The work for each of the banners is minimal once we have finalised the base text and base foreground and background colours for the base versions of banner types 1-3, as the only labour spent thereafter would be for the image sourcing, image placement and general 'tweaking' and refinement of the successive banners so they’re professionally presentable. Put simply, after the base banner for that type the rest of the banner required for that type will be very much a copy-paste job will a text and image substitution.

*** This is a very simple project once the base banner for the 3 banner types have been established (the rest are virtually copy-paste's so effectively the bulk of the work of this project will be for the 3 initial banners (ie. base banner for banner types 1-3).

*** In addition to being a good graphic designer / banner creator accepting of client feedback for proof and approval for the banners, we require someone with good communication skills that will be able to keep us updated, and who is always contactable.

*** Required format for each banner = (x1) Layered PSD file, (x1) JPG version zipped up and sent by email.

*** Unreasonable bids will not be selected - please bid on this job fairly and do not simply assume that all 36 banners should be equally weighted in price - as most of the time spent will be on the 3 base banners.

After this project there will also be the opportunity for many more banner and graphic design related projects moving forward as our designer of choice for future banner design projects.
