The last programmer to work on this project, accessed the server, changed some scripting (removed tabs on the home page) and created a home construction page. Since then, he stopped working on the site and responding to my emails. So now, the scrolling marguee text does not work.

If you think you cant do this project, don't bid on it. If you dont respond to emails, dont bid on it, if you dont work on weekends, dont bid on it.

You need experience with video upload sites.
