Hello !

I want to make a website of online lottery system include some lotto games as well as the raffel lottery tickets. People come on the site can pay via credit cards and any other payment options.Anybody who has worked on this kind of project before can only apply. You must also have to show the sample sites of the worked you have done before. The work should be done very professionally.

Must have some of Features from these sites, you can get some idea from these site but these are too much complicated. My site should be user friendly and easy. But everything with a new design.Should have a built in Security and Fraud Prevention System + fully functional Admin Panel.

Design of an interactive website that would allow it's visitors to purchase raffle tickets for featured items on the site. There should also be a capability of executing the drawings live on line for all items to be raffled.
This site should be very attractive, user friendly and pages to be loaded fast.
