i have two projects im looking for some one to complete

1)im looking for some one 2 design a nice easy to use real ringtone websites that i can update myself and sell via sms

2) i have a word document in a template form that 17 pages it asks various questions i would like a program designed that would asks that asks the same question in the template and then transform the information back the template automatically
