Description

I have need for someone to do a very quick turnaround for a script for me. It's relatively easy for anyone that understands parsing feeds, caching and basic web design.

I already have a site up, and it needs to be redone for me. The URL is http://www.slonews.com. Be patient when you click it as it take around 10 seconds to come up.

I basically need someone to start from scratch to create the same thing. I purchased a script to create what you see, but I need some things done to it and am not hearing back from the developer fast enough.

Here's what I need:

* I need caching to really work. I don't think it is. Still slow to load.
* I need more pages than just the one page, and be able to code up a new page easily when needed. I'd need a small horizontal nav menu under the header/site title (Main, Page 1, Page 2, etc.)
* Each page will look just like the main one now, only will have its own set of feeds.
* I need to be able to name the feed section titles on the page, not just take what the feed calls it.
* The feeds on each page will not change often so I don't mind hand coding the feed URLs/feed display titles into the html.

* Also need an 468 x 60 ad spot in the upper right hand corner of the page

I don't need the mouseover of the previews unless it's really easy (cheap) for you.

No MYSQL.

I'll provide more exact information once I get someone to do it, but this is enough for someone to bid on this. But before you bid, make sure you really know one of the RSS parsers well enough to know that you will be able to cache it properly. The site must load faster--this is really important.
