No low quality links which will cause the site to be banned or down ranked long term, Google, Google AdSense should not ban my site.
Target audience is local residents from Ontario, Canada, preferably just in Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada
You must be able to drive targeted (RELEVANT) traffic to my site by submitting to search engines, directories, classifieds, article websites, etc. Promoting through blogs (blogspot, wordpress, etc.), forums, yahoo answers, social bookmarks (digg, stumbleupon, del.icio.us, etc.), social networks (myspace, facebook etc.)
You should post and submit articles/posts/links in the right categories to drive traffic

No spam, bots, robots, low Q link farms, or exchanges, and no visitors from auto surf site. No fake visitors.

Your strategy and project plan detail (how you will achieve the objectives and the main tools you will use). [ I wish to have report update frequently ].

Results measurement:

Results will be measured in terms of:
- page position for specified key words
- sources of traffic ( high quality leads)
- relevant traffic.

The payment not in advance and the payment will be paid every month after the results.
You do the bid for the payment that I must do every month
If your service will not follow exactly the above conditions please don't bid on this as I will not tolerate any illegitimate/not real traffic.
