I am looking for an "Ebay Expert" to consult me on how to better effectively market my product, (real estate) on ebay.

I am currently selling on ebay but not as effectively as my competition. This posting is more focused on what techniques I need to use to better market my items.

Most likely the project will include you building an HTML template page for me to post new items for sale.
