I need some PHP work. Below are project details....

-Password Encrypt An Already Existing Admin Page

-Add New Fields To Customer Order Page In My Admin

-Fix Bugs in Admin Page

-Recode My Checkout Credit Card Page Page Because It is Buggy at Times

-Program A PROMOTIONAL CODE section for customers to paste and receive a discount as well as make a private section for me to assign these
promotional codes and allow me to enable and disable them.

-Fix a new "order confirmation email" and allow me to make my own changes to bottom of it, like and new sale items of the week.

-Fix my already existing shipping section of my page. I would like more control of it and add an additional percentage on top of what the actual UPS.com shipping fee is. So some products may have 9% additional shipping fee and some may have 15%. I would like control in a simple way to manage.

-I would also like a custom section where i can send a customer an invoice via email to pay via credit card. Kind of like how you send a paypal invoice. Sometimes i need to process orders outside my website and customers are not comfortable with emailing me their credit card info. So i would set a price that i need paid and they would just check out with their billing info, shipping info and credit card info. I would also like a field to upload 2-3 files.

-Create a section where i can upload all my products. Each section should have an option for weight, price and title. As of now i am loading it all through the MySQL database and it is very difficult. I would like to see all or some of my products on one page instead of one by one.

-Customize a special back end that will allow me to paste a tracking number in the customer order page, which will email the customer an already preselected email that will say their package has been shipped. So i would basically like to just paste and click on a button that might say "send customer shipping info". the email will be the same for all customers but will display a unique tracking number for each customer. Sometimes there are more than one tracking numbers so i would need to find a way to get around this. When i send the customers shipping info i need the order to be marked as SHIPPED. The admin is already created. i just need this email feature.
