Description

This Perl website is 8 years old and needs an upgrade. We already have made a new design (in HTML and CSS) and this needs to be integrated into the existing website. The website is now made in frames. The new design has no frames.

It is very important that you have an eye for detail and feeling for design and lay-out. This job takes app. 20 hours and there might be some extra work after this.
