We need a very unique site template done for a web advertising company, this has to be done in Drupal, mambo or Joomla and support all plugins etc..

rules:
1) must be totally original work, not taken from an existing paid template or free template!! this is absolute requirment and we need a personal guarantee that this will not happen.
2) supports all plugins and admin panel features
3) Has to be totally SEO compliant h1, h2, title and meta tags should all be in the correct places, must support mod_rewrite url writing
4) this has to be a very professional and unique website in a web 2.0 type style, look, design and SEO are key components
5) when bidding please send example sites, simply cutting and pasting your company profile will be ignored
6) on the site: no search function, no user login, single side menu (only on sub pages) and single top menu
7) colors must be bright, vibrant and eye catching
