In any event, I am willing to work on this project for one month and to spruce up as many job descriptions that you think would be fair to spruce up in a one month's period of time. I can admire a company that's looking to improve job descriptions. Most job descriptions do nothing to attract job seekers, besides letting them know that a company is hiring. A job posting should be interesting and compelling yet succinct and precise. Obviously, I don't know what the job descriptions are. I will need to communicate with someone within the company to clarify--or at least verify--the skills and requirements for each position. The more information I have, the better the job descriptions can be. Also, the company culture should be reflected in the job descriptions. A hipster-fun culture like Google should have very different job descriptions than a suit-and-tie Wall Street investment bank. I will do what I can to understand your corporate culture and convey that in the revised descriptions.
