Description

I need someone who can set up a exclusive/private proxy server. How do I go about it and manage it monthly.

100 Exclusive US IPs from different ip ranges. Fully authenticated (Username/Password Protected), broadband speeds of 100 to 1,000 MB line, anonymous, 99% uptime and does not identify as a proxy.

The proxies do not identify themselves as proxies and need to be checked at Lagado's Proxy Test.

The proxies do not send any identifying headers such as Via, Forwarded, X-Forwarded-For, Client-IP, or Cache-Control. The proxies need to appear to be a normal browser request.

Tell me everything that needs to be done, the initial setup fee and the monthly fee after. Crxxgslxxstproxy net shows me how to do it but I want this done professionally.

Also show let me know what your rate is the manage it monthly.
