Description: I am in need of a thick client developed in .NET, and I'd prefer VB.NET although C# will be ok as well. This client needs to interface with the TWAIN driver and assist a scanner in batch processing files, and then post them to my web server or SQL server.

The designer will be responsible for all "Client Office" functions as laid out in the diagram and files provided. I will make process on server to fit whatever the client software will require.
