We offer very cheap mobile phone calls the details can all be found at www.tcwmobiletalk.com

Currently we offer this service in Spain and the UK. Lets just as an example concentrate on Spain, the way the service works is that the customer dials a local number. 951233949 when they have dialed that number, they then hear a UK dial tone as they are now on our platform in the UK and all they have to do is enter the international number they wish to dial then they will hear the ringing tone.

To recap this means the customer each time they make an international call has to dial 951233949 from Spain before entering the international number.

They can (and do) manually edit their contact list in their phone so they for example would have 951233949p003212345678 the p being a pause.

I want an applet to automate this behind the scenes so that when they have signed up they can dial international numbers without having to dial the 951233949 first.

I know there are applets that do this, and I also notice there is a company in the states using our name that have something similar whereby if they dial 00 or + it will recognise an international number dial the call through MobileTalk. Please take a look at:

I believe that the applet would be uploaded via SMS.

I am looking for a quick turnaround and will award this project to preferably someone who has a lot of knowledge in this area and has done this before.

Once this project is completed I am prepared to negotiate for applets for the following.

1) j2ME
2) Blackberry version
3) Symbian version

I need this turned around very quickly but the quality of the applet is important. I would also require source code.
