I need a program that can predict accurately a number from this website. www.magnum4d.com.my. I want the program to predict the next following next number for 1st prize 1st position number only. Example the 1st prize is 1234. I juz need to predict the next draw "what is the the number" after "number 1". Hereby the website has previous record since 1985 which can be extracted from the website for analysis. It can found on "Past Draw Results" section. I need at least 80% accuracy meaning out 10 draws, 8 draws must be accurated be predicted on what is the next number. Please show me your ideas and proposal. Please don't simply bid if you don't have any confidence. No project managers around. I just need to direct communicate to programmers only. Please show me a demo of the program and i will make payment after i have seen the program predicting of at least 80% accuracy on it. No upfront payment. Thanks.

Please create a database which i can enter the number after each draw so that i can keep track of the history record. Please extract the data from the website history itself.

For your information, the number is generated through randomly through a machine like a lottery machine. So I need the program to predict what is the next number from this random number.
