Description

Our community portal website needs new applications and some re-design:

1- A photo Gallery, where registered users can upload pictures with a caption.

2- An Events Calendar, where authorized users can upload events.

3- An Articles section, where authorized users can upload articles and photos, if needed.

4- A Poll section for all registered users.

5 - A video upload section.

5- A login for all these applications.

We'd like to work with a creative individual with good communication skills who can provide suggestions, rather than a studio.

More details will be provided as needed.
