I need a web developer who is an expert in dotnet nuke. Here is the link for their site. My friend started developing this site and then moved oversees and couldn’t finish the project. Here is the dotnet nuke site link

We have been burnt before. People took our deposits and never finished the project.

3.
We will pay you only after the project is complete. No exceptions whatsoever. If this is not acceptable, please do not bid on this project.

We have enough work for dotnet nuke developer for the next several months.

Once you send me your resume, i will email you the project details and the link where you can see how much work my friend has already done.

6.
Must include your CV/Resume and links to past dotnet nuke projects with your email.

7.
Must have verifiable US references.

I have outlined my payment process, and this is not open to negotiation. I will NOT under any circumstances forward any monies until I see a completed project.

I am interested in developing a long term relationship with a qualified provider.

Bidders who place bids who don't respond to PM's or do not have proven experience and knowledge of dotnet nuke will not be considered. Do not waste my time by bidding on a project you are not qualified to work on. I will also not consider any bids from people who have not read the job description.

And if you have no feedback, you will not be considered.
15.
Successful bidders should submit 3-5 websites they have designed, hopefully photography galleries, and be prepared to answer my questions. Job must be completed within 21 days max.

I'm a real estate broker, and not a web designer, so I want something that is clean and professional to show my work, and very easy to use from the backend.

Since most of this project will be using software written by others that I will be purchasing, my budget is towards the low end of the range. This should be a fairly easy job for someone with the right knowledge. I will consider bids with no feedback, but you must be prepared to show me a strong portfolio and your bid must be at the very low end of the average to be considered.
