Description

This project is the development of a new website. The important components of the site are:

Security
Member accounts (accounts can associate one level deep)
Databases
Useability
Graphic Design
OsCommerce (monthly membership only)
Rating system
Dynamic page content

** Must be willing to sign a Non-disclosure agreement before details of the project can be released.

I am open to suggestions on programming languages/database for best efficieny. I have a Computer Science background and will be able to help with workflow, but am also looking for assistance/suggestions.
