Description

-What do we need is a GPS Data logger (1GB) with external antenna and internal rechargeable battery Li-ON 4.2v 1050mah.
-Operational Voltage input 5-36vdc

The GPS data logger must have these features:
-20ch SIRF II with internal antenna with outdoor antenna Jack as a option -Data must be lat, long ,date, time and direction (Waypoint)
- 1 to 255 sec interval (configurable)
- Or 1-255 meter interval (configurable) -Sleep mode (unit stay sleep for long period of time in same waypoint)
- Dump data, after ACK clean memory using TTL Serial interface (normal mode) (via USB if reset switch is holt for 5 seconds) (instruction needed) -if external power is removed a warning must be recorded along with a waypoint.
-if external power is applied a warning must be recorded along with a waypoint.
-The TTL Serial Interface must be connected to Header 6x2 Male (See attachment).
-Power led (green external power in) (orange ,no external power) (red low battery) -Gps led blinking orange GPS data incoming -USB 2.0 for programming setup or downloading data e -reset switch (momentary)
- header 6x2 is a wifi modue with AT commands and full TCP IP stack (data will be given once is won)
Reset switch:
-If the unit is powered on while the reset sw. is hold the unit will allow RS232 communications from USB to the 6x2 header.(see attachement) -If the RST SW. is pressed for 5 seconds while unit is on will allow communication from USB to the data logger for programming space interval, time interval, And dump memory

2 Security levels, admin and user
admin has full rights

user can monitor except add units or remote units programming .
add delete units from database , historiacal per unit,
Unit properties (vehicle make brand plate , driver(name cell ), mileskilometers accordind stadistics, company (group or department), units could be gathered as a group

Network settings as DHCP or static IP with NAT

stadistics exportable to excell by group or department , make , by driver by date by time .
Map view on google earth or maps format.

need to read or modyfy of remote settings locally using USB.

-Software must be XP,Vista compatible.
- Units are configurable an OPTION FILE (ascii file)Generated by The Software that can be read/write (to the unit)(from the Unit),using the USB Or OTA and must be Password protected .
-Statistics and historical printable and exportable.
-3 version of the software (light Up to 5 units,Basic up to 25 units, Pro up to 250 units)
-Some kind of Security (software CD key or suggested)
-configuration for factory default reset .
-Copyrights of everything and 4 month post project support for bugs(hardware and software).
