Description

Form submission created on website - FormMail.pl or .cgi.
I need the form we have setup on our website. Must be able to hide email client from spammers and collect data to DB on Cpanel. We have the form but need the “e-mail template” and additional setup completed on one website with database. Also a detailed “after project report” submitted with line by line instructions. Must work closely with project manager by email, cpanel has “FormMail Clone” installed. (NO mailto: forms) Refer to PM posted with further details on project requirements.
