Description
MS Windows ScreenSaver Builder required, similar to Google's photo screensaver. This software will be supporting hi-resolution images.Requirements----------------------------------
Main Features:
-Create Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/2003/XP/Vista compatible screensavers
-Support drag and drop file and folder, will automatically select the image file and music file in your selected folder.
-More than 100+ transitions for image slide screen saver. in example, pan and zoom (while the image is being displayed), film strip (slides off the left, new image slides in from right). (multiple transitions per image supported)
-Save and re-open screen saver project. All settings are modifiable.
-Display media file in sequence or random order
-Display transition effects in random order
-Controlling of the sound - Turn either on or off
-Your screen saver can display a static (single image) or live preview when it appears in the Windows Display Properties dialog.
-Tie particular sound files to particular pictures.
-Show speed adjuster
-Can resize the images to fit your computer screen, either stretch, or crop the photo so the photo aspect is not compromised.
-You can create a smaller size screen saver file that only records the directories of media files in your local hard disk.
-You can select the output image format when create a slide show screensaver .
-While the Screensaver is running, when the mouse moves, it will display a tool bar similar to google's, allowing you to pause, skip and image, or go back to the previous image.
-You can exit screensaver by clicking the close button in the toolbar, or by pressing any key (similar to google's)

Graphical transitions for image must be smooth.
Also have the ability to make minor edits to photos...
Editing an Image
-To add labels to the image.
-Rotate the current image 90 degree
-Rotate the current image -90 degree
-Mirror the current image horizontally
-Mirror the current image vertically
-Resize the current image.
-Crop the image.
-To adjust the color of the image. (Red/Green/Blue colors or contrast/saturation/lightness)
-And an Image Restore option to bring back original photo

Software must have the ability to produce multiple screensavers in a 'batch' like environment. Each given screensaver will be identified by a folder, inside that folder will contain all of the files (image and/or audio) to compile the screensaver. By selecting more than one folder, the software must produce a standalone SCR file, or MSI file, for each of those corresponding folders.
I will be providing PSD images of how the GUI should look.
All source code's must be released upon project completion, and all rights to the software will be released to me.
Other Software Requirements:
License verification. There will need to be an online registration to validate product license. This can be embedded into the program itself, however, it will need to verify a product key via internet.
