Description

I am looking for someone that can build a tucows api cart with client area that will interact with tucows and our servers to set up hosting packages.
It will let the user buy products from our tucows list and also from our server list.
and allow

I have a lot of api code and css stuff done but it all needs putting together and some stuff added on so it is not totally starting from scratch.

I need the cart to setup an account with our servers but I have some code that will do that it just needs slotting into the new code code to be built.

The cart should allow the following:-

Buy domain name (using tucows api)
Buy premium mail box (e-mail addresses should be listed, auto setup would be good of e-mail addresses when charged) (using Tucows)
Domain name searcher (using tucows system.) (this should allow the customer to select a domain or several domains to be added to the cart to buy) also to give a choice of Premium Domains for sale.
Sell surname-based email (from tucows).
Sell and setup personal ssl certificates ( for the minute this will not be automated)

The cart should take all the customers details as required to registrar the domains and these details should also be passed over to our
web hosting provisioning system and also tucows for the domains.

We have all the required api to assist you to set the system so this will make the job much less.

The following is required in relation to setting up services on our server:-

Send request to setup a customer account, this will also setup the required hosting package. (we have the api for this)

Order addons as bought from the shopping card, (we have about 10-15 addons)

We want to have the option of payment via Paypal, Google, Cheque, nochex and the option to add and remove invoice payment
(it is important that if a cheque order or invoice order is sent that no domains are registrared until payment is manually cleared.
We also want the option of having the credit card details sent to us for manual processing.)

We also want to be able to add discount codes or offer free domains if the customer takes out a hosting package so a wide range or
options would be ideal for discounting.

The cart should be in GBP, USD, EURO AND CANADIAN

And lastly we will require a reseller zone, we are not too sure how this will look so your thoughts will be required on this one.

I have uploaded all the api to terraprime co uk/api.rar for you to download and review to see if you can complete the build, some of the info relates to different builds so may not be any good.

To buid for this project you must do the following:-

Complete a document outlining your bid with a realistic bid (do not say to me a few days later that it is going to cost more this is unacceptable)
If you feel that it is going to cost more then please say so in your bid document.
I would like to know how you plan to put it all together, will it be php, Joomla, oscommerce, virtumart?????.
How long will it take to complete and what are you prepaird to offer in relation to meeting the deadline late? will you offer a discount or something.
We would like work to be completed on our server, what problems would you see with this?

Serous bidders only I dont have time for people bidding then later saying they cant do it as they dont know how to.

Please make sure you look at the api.rar file and submit a briefing document at the same time as your bid, dont say I will get it to you in a few hours.

In terms of budget I need to keep this one very low ($750 and below), I am prepaired to form a relationship and use again for other projects if that keeps the cost down.
