As a Quickbooks Pro, Enrolled Agent, and an Accountant, I can complete this for you efficiently and accurately. The focus of our company is bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and tax prep. We charge $25 for accounting and Quickbooks ongoing work. Setup of a Quickbooks file runs $200. Payroll charges are a little different. We have a setup fee for $25, and charge a per payroll run charge of $20. We do charge $1 per employee over the per payroll run charge. Costs of checks would be additional. I am a sole operator of my business and have 10-20 hours available to do this type of work. If the workload was additional, for the right price I could rearrange my schedule for more full time hours. As you can see from my profile I handle all types of accounts and I make sure that all of my clients use the QuickBooks or Quicken software. I am well versed in both and would be able to take you on as an account without a problem. Since I am a CPA I will have no problem catagorizing the entries into their appropraite accounts and helping you with any problems or questions that may arise. Once I receive a copy of the statements every month I should be able to have it entered and reconciled within 2 days depending on how many transactions you have per month. My fee for the services would be $15 per hour. The bid is based on an estimate of 5 hours worth of work to set up your quickbooks file. Any ongoing bookkeeping work would be billed at the same $15 per hour. I am sure you are going to receive many bids below this amount. But for the $15 you are getting the services of a CPA, and with that fee I will be more than happy to help you with any other questions or problems that may arise with your business.
