Object: Monitor the address bar of IE and prompt user for pre-selected ones

Details:

User keys in: www.aaa.com either in 1) Address bar or 2)google search

Preselected sites in existing database:www.aaa.com, www.bbb.com

Prompt: " Not allowed to enter www.aaa.com"

Delivery: 1. in .exe file which can be run and reside in memory
2. Full commentary is required and
3. limitation is described

This can be done only with a plugin/Toolbar, created for IE, which can keep an eye to each and every navigation. The good news is, I have already created that. see PM for details.
