Legal System (which you can add multiple managers with different rights)


System will contain the following options:

1. Create employee: dynamic form
- Personal data (+ 2 addresses)
- Phone Number
- Birth date (age is automatically presented in the form)
- E-mail + MSN mail
- Hourly
- Work experience
- Bank data
- BSN number (SSN)
- Photos (possibly also for identity proof copy)
- Notes


2. Employer: Control
- Personal data (+ 2 addresses)
- Telephone number + fax
- E-mail
- BE + KVK number (VAT number)
- Contact person (name, phone, email + MSN mail)
- Bank data
- Photos (from possibly locations)
- Notes

3. Employee options ADMINISTRATOR:
- Create data Login for the employee (This allows the employee to log on the website. Employee automatically get an e-mail with login information after you've approved)
- Data editing and saving of data

- Overview weknemers + sorting options (clear overview of all your employees)
- Status present / not present + behavior by date (For example, employer can track whether the employee has behaved well and, of course, or he was present at all related payments)
- Official calendar together for workers and employers (overview when there will be exactly worked, where and by whom)


4. Employers options ADMINISTRATOR:
- Create data Login (This allows the employer to log on the website. Employer automatically get an e-mail with login information after you've approved)
This means that employer and employee needs to have seperate login on site
- Data editing
- Overview employers + sorting options (clear overview of all your employers)
- Official calendar together for workers and employers (overview when there will be exactly worked, where and by whom)

5. Employers options
- Log
- View / Edit data
- Work completion view and edit this working calender
- Scheduling / working calendar (state prefer to work when there is) the date / time / Note
- Official working calendar which has been prepared by employer (on the basis of the calendar inplan of both employee as employer)
- Overview of hours worked income + + comments / observations (per week, per month, year, to date) year assignments??
- Write to managers (for improving points)


6. Employers options
- Log
- View / Edit
- Scheduling calendar (interrogate position) date / time / Note
- Officially work calendar view has been prepared by you (on the basis of the calendar inplan of both employee as employer)
- Overview interrogate (past): name of employee hours worked + + comments / observations (per week, per month, year, to date)
- Write to managers (for improving points)

You need to be a php expert and good knowledge and experience of joomla.
