Dear all
my web agency is from USA.
We are specialized in launching 2.0 self living sites.

We want to launch a clone of http://www.myngle.com in 3 languages: english, italian and spanish. Site must be able to being multilanguage.
The main differences between our site and Myngle is that our site ll be not only for study and teach languages. But everykind of school matters: for example math, phisic, foreigner languages etc..
We want to clone the great idea of Myngle to create a place where students and teachers can meet each others for study and tech.


Here you are some points that we want to clarify regarding this project:

-Site ll be fully in Ajax in front end. All helps ll be done in Flash.
-2 languages at the starting: italian, english. We traslate LANG files that you ll provide to us.
-Affiliation system is need in order to provide to everyone that carry a new user the 10% revenues done by this user in his first 3 month on our site
-Payments: Paypal payment.
-Backend with a fully reporting system of all revenues, users etc..
-Seo for this site must being included in your proposal
-Send in advance a document with a description of the project planning by you and how you ll develop it in details
