Description

We require email promotion services including the design of email campaigns with hyperlinks to products in campaign.
We have a Clearance list of products we would like to divide out into several different email campaigns and setup a schedule to email each out over the next 45 days. We Require a bidder to have CAN SPAM complaint servers and not get our company Black Listed. We will provide customer list to send to totaling 250,000 emails. We require Bidder to provider reports showing open rate, conversion (click through rate), bounce emails, and manage removal requests. Bidder must have experience sending emails and comply with all US laws relating to email sending.
We will provide bidder with clearance list and bidder with design email template for buyer approval. Once we agree on template bidder will insert product promotions from clearance list with image into template and send to customer list. We will send 1-4 emails to customer per week, each email will be a different product category.
Email template review is due within 72 hours of chosen bidder. 1st email submission to customers must be within 5 days of choosing bidder. Bidder is liable for any and all SPAM or blacklisting and guarantees in writing that buyers company will not be blocked in reference to any and all emails sent by provider. If buyer becomes blocked by IP from email submission, it is the responsibility of the bidder to write and communicate with IP authority to re-establish buyers company and remove from the blacklist.
