Mobile Phone Cost Reduction Report
Background:
I need a 10-20 page report on how to reduce mobile phone costs for medium sized organisations by between 20-50% . (Medium sized organisations defined as turnover between 10million - 500million USD, GBP or Euros)
The paper basically needs to be a blueprint that would be sufficiently comprehensive so that I could give this to an experienced graduate and they could carry out a project to significantly and sustainably reduce mobile phone costs by between 20-50% for a medium sized business.
I want practical (not theoretical examples) so I need documented examples of the types of organisations you have worked with and how you have achieved these savings in the past.
Timescale:
I need the report finished by the 2nd of December latest.

Please note that I am a cost reduction professional myself but due to time and business constraints I need to outsource this. I already know a fair bit about reducing mobile communication costs but

I also I need 2, 1 page case studies with company names – the names will not be published – it is so that I can confirm in my own mind your experience and the practicalities of your solutions.

Remember I don’t actually need to make a saving myself – I need to make sure that I could give this to someone so that they could.
