I can do this for you. I have already reverse-engineered surfthechannel's linking system and can programatically extract target megavideo URLs without even downloading the "click" swf or simulating clicking it. Be advised, however, that running a script such as you request would take a very long time (hours, if not days) and as such you might want to break it down into stages.
