Description

I need a exact website of blogcatalog(dot)com (a blog directory) with all the features(not design). Also needed all tools from blog-a-sphere(dot)com and first page with sliding XML menu or any other but not flash. Everything should be SEO friendly.
I believe in high quality with very attractive design, components & elements(like socialgo(dot)com)

Explain everything on how you will complete this project in the PMB, please DO NOT send millions of irrelavent links of your works, just send few related links.

Project should be completed in less time 1 or 2 weeks mostly. Payment method only through Freelance Escrow AFTER FINISHING the project. My maximum budget is $400 for everything.

Lower bids will be preferred, high bids will be ignored.

If you are really reading my project include "Meow" in your bid, others will be ignored.

Above i said "Sliding XML Menu" but its not a Menu, it must be just a sliding bar at the top like in templatemonster(dot)com

The Menu & Site design should be designed very rich like in SocialGo(dot)com as mentioned above in the project.
