STOP! – Please read this entire posting very carefully before you respond. If you do not read this posting carefully, you will not provide the response that we are seeking.


I would like to hire you to write 10 articles of 500+ words each on a specific topic, completed by 29 October. If you prove to be a quality-writer this may become a regular assignment.

It is quite an easy task, if you are a good writer, and only those with UK English first language or have mastered UK English need apply.

1. Readers of these articles should say, “this is a really useful article!” after reading them. Quality is important. These articles are NOT just for Search Engines and are for humans to read.

2. All articles need to be 100% grammatically correct (UK English, i.e. “repossession” not “foreclosure”, ‘theatre’, not ‘theater’ ). And they must be interesting to read, instead of “filler content” that talks in circles. This means that you’ll have to perform research and write original content. No articles should be written with software, taken from existing articles, or scraped from other websites.

3. Articles should contain:
-Article header above the first paragraph
-Sub-Headers (where applicable) above some of the other paragraphs in the article, (this gives direction to the reader for what the paragraph is about, it also breaks up the article a little for reading purposes).
-META Description: Writer must deliver about a 50 word well written meta description (for SEO).
This "Meta Description" should be an interesting keyword optimised description of the article. To include keyword phrase about 2-3 times.
-Page Title: Writer must also Deliver a short 10-15 word Page Title (SEO). The "page title" is a short title that will appear above the meta description in order to grab the attention of the searcher. To include the Keyword Phrase.
-META Keywords: Write 7 keyword phrases that best describe the
article, beginning with the main keyword phrase.
-The article itself.

4. All articles will be checked through internet search software – I will know straightaway if you have copied or shadowed articles.

5. I can provide you with example articles, where you can perform your research.

6. As deadline is 29 October, I will need a progress report every 2 days.

7. The subject of articles is on UK home repossessions and methods of increasing the value of your home before sale. Further details will be provided to the bid winner.

8. Send me 3 _related_ articles so that I can check if your articles meet the standards. Please include past examples of work and references when bidding.

9. I have a fixed budget for this project of $3/article. If you deliver on time you will receive an additional $2 /article.

10. By bidding you agree to assign the articles’ copyrights to us, upon receiving your payment.
