Description

we want a flash vote program where visitors can download a template and later can upload this template. Visitors can vote on designs (not on own design).
The uploaded images can be voted when the admin give a go.
The rate of vote can be a image from "BAD" till "THE BEST" or something, but their must be something funny for the bad and the best.

The customer must be registered before he/she can upload.
The style bust me in our current website style
